All independent aftermarket industry professionals aged 40 or younger are eligible for the awards, which celebrate professional who demonstrate involvement, innovations, and commitment within the aftermarket as well as a desire to propel the industry forward. Any nominations taken at this time will be applied for the 2025 4 Under 40 Awards.
The 2025 "4 Under 40" Awards will be presented at The Summit, taking place September 8-11, 2025.
Judging criteria for the awards include:
Under the age of 40 (as of June 30, 2025)
Currently employed within the heavy duty aftermarket industry.
Demonstrates leadership qualities.
Strives to propel the industry forward through involvement and innovation.
