All independent commercial vehicle aftermarket industry professionals aged 40 or younger are eligible for the awards, which celebrate professional who demonstrate involvement, innovations, and commitment within the aftermarket as well as a desire to propel the industry forward.
The 2025 "4 Under 40" Awards will be presented at The Summit, taking place in Washington DC on September 8-11, 2025.
Judging criteria for the awards include:
Under the age of 40 (as of June 30, 2025)
Currently employed within the heavy duty aftermarket industry.
Demonstrates leadership qualities.
Strives to propel the industry forward through involvement and innovation.
