CVSN hosts a booth at HDAW along with a few events including:

• CVSN Members Meeting / Pillar Community Meetings
  
  This meeting will include an update on CVSN activities, a 30 to 45 minute panel discussion on how CVSN’s new Pillar communities apply to companies who offer service and repair, and round table "think-tank" discussions open to all participating members of each Pillar community, led by the co-chairs or liaisons. It will also feature the popular ice cream social at the end of the meeting!

• Leaders of Tomorrow Speed Mentoring Program
  
  Join us for the reimagined Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) networking event, preceding the Welcome Reception for HDAW attendees. This year we have added some additional elements to the program including a speaker, relevant to our attendees under 45. Structured speed mentoring will be the highlight of the event, where attendees under 45 can visit with 20+ veterans of the industry and gain insights into how to use your time at HDAW effectively and best practices and strategies for a career in the heavy-duty industry. A joint effort between CVSN’s GenNext, Auto Care Association’s YANG, and MEMA’s MiX we hope to see you there! No additional fee to attend, however, pre-registration is recommended.
   
• An Evening at the CVSN Speakeasy

• CVSN Clubhouse
  
  Stop by the CVSN Clubhouse on the Product Expo show floor to say learn more about CVSN and our 2024 activities and events, enjoy some refreshments and popcorn, "borrow" our members meeting space or just hang out! 
   
• Wednesday Night Heavy Hitter" Closing Celebration at Globe Life Field
  
  Bringing the reception to Globe Life Field this year reflects HDAW's focus on delivering memorable experiences that highlight the best of what the region has to offer. Moving beyond the convention center, this event allows attendees to explore a local landmark while connecting with industry peers. Tickets are available as a $55 registration add-on, and early booking is encouraged to secure a spot.
