GenNext is an exclusive group of individuals from our member companies under the age of 45 focused on educating, mentoring, and recruiting the next generation of leaders. The group's focus touches on all four of CVSN's Pillars and will lead specific work groups within the CVSN committees, while providing its members another outlet for peer-to-peer networking.

Past GenNext projects have included the development of the annual Distributor Training Expo (DTE), the mentor matching program, and quarterly educational webinars. Current work group projects include:

The nomination period for 2023 is now closed.  Nominations for 2024 will open in January.

  • Criteria for someone to be nominated:

  • Under the age of 40 (as of April 30th, 2023)

  • Currently employed within the heavy duty aftermarket industry

  • Demonstrates leadership qualities

  • Strives to propel the industry forward through involvement and innovation

  • Eligible candidates: distributors, suppliers, media, marketing groups, association management
